Service was great and food was delicious! I think over the years, their food been improved and tastier than one that was closed on Valley Blvd! Plenty of parking lot and overall, I was happy! I will be coming back again!

Love this place, it's my go to place with my family to go get ramen & the gyoza! we always get the spicy beef ramen and it's amazing! Service is okay but they get everything you need but might take a minute but definitely worth it!

The food and service never disappoint. As always Winnie took great care of us. Service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious.

Parking: Has its own lot and street parking, so parking is never hard. Interior: Cute interior with Japanese touches. They have a display of different Japanese ramen bowls which adds a nice touch. Service: Service is very attentive and fast. Order: Pork Cutlet Curry Rice - 3/5 pork cutlet was very very dry. Would not order again. Curry and salad was all very good. I liked that they gave a lot of the sweet red radish as well. Fried Chicken Curry RIce - 5/5 Chicken and curry was delicious! California Roll - 3/5 It used to be really good but they have changed it. I gave 3 out of 5 because there are now more pieces of sushi which is great! Use to have 6 large pieces, now an order comes with 8 regular sized pieces. The crab filling in my order unfortunately was very dry and there is very little masago on the outside now.

This is one of the only remaining Ajisen locations left after the pandemic and the only one left in this area. While Ajisen is not stellar they still remain one of our favorite ramen places. The lot at this location is small and parking can be difficult during peak hours. There is limited parking on the nearby side streets. The people who work here are consistently friendly and offer adequate to very good service over the years. It can get noisy inside when they are very busy. However, we have not seen dine in seating get up pre-pandemic levels. Prices have increased but are comparable to everywhere else. Unagi Don is about $17. The menu has changed and we attached as many pics as Yelp would permit. On our visit we got the octopus balls and squid leg appetizers as well as the unagi Don and two ramens. The octopus balls were slightly better than elsewhere but not as good as we remember them from the past. Unlike other places they were slightly better because they were not complete mush, but had a firm outside with a mushy center and topping were evenly applied to each piece rather than randomly sprinkled over the whole lot--when cooked properly or at least how we like them, then should be firm but not hard throughout and not mush like most places seem to be making them now. The squid legs were good but the bodies were tough and greasy. All of the ramen had good broth and noodles as we remember. The unagi was cooked well and was not oversauced, although it had medium to heavy sauce--we like it lightly sauced. There was a Yelp check in deal to bogo drinks. We got two teas and they were fine. One tea we asked for 25% sugar and they did it right unlike some other places. Overall, Ajisen is not the best ramen house in the world, but it is still a good dining experience and should be at least a 4 star average on Yelp--3.5 is too low.
